Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

·      Contribute ideas and innovation to the product development team to help plan and roll out new products

·      Create and execute an upstream and downstream marketing strategy

·      Plan and execute promotions and campaigns

·      Provide market analysis on new product ideas to help understand the top brands, market size and opportunities

·      Collaborate with Marketing Team and be open to constructive feedback

·      Pitch creative campaigns for new product launches and promotions

·      Continuously engage with the textile team on prototypes and travel to the production facility frequently to provide real time feedback

·      Review analytics and create reports on key metrics

·      Be confident in your ownership of a product line or multiple product lines

·      Must have a passion product development and brand management

·      Impeccable time management skills and willingness to take initiative

·      Demonstrate strong communication skills

·      Ability to manage multiple products or brands at one time

·      Strong attention to detail

·      Ability to create reports and analytics based on sales, marketing and inventory data

·      Experience with managing a product or brand required

·      Ability to commute to various factories on a frequent basis

·      Microsoft Office Suite

Nice to have:

·      Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or related field

·      Experience with product development preferred

·      1-3 years with B2C marketing experience

·      Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Premier Pro) or equivalent digital media editing tools a plus
