HEALTHWEAR® TECHNOLOGY
Clothing that relieves pain symptoms directly at the source by using capsaicin infused fabrics . Providing all day relief when you need it most.
The process of creating a Nufabrx product starts in our lab. We have a highly experienced team of scientists that vet and test each Nufabrx product you see on shelves today. Our capsaicin infused garments have undergone extensive trials and research to create a one-step solution for our consumers’ pain relief journey.
After our products have been vetted for dermal efficacy, our team gets to work infusing the capsaicin into our yarns. We use a patented process and uniquely engineered equipment to infuse the optimal dose into each sleeve. During our infusion process, the batches of yarn are tested frequently, and our team sometimes works around the clock. The final infused yarns do not move on without several thorough analyses to ensure that the potency and durability are up to our predetermined standards.
Textile creation is a core component of Nufabrx. Though we are known for our infused fabrics, the construction and quality of our garments are essential for our consumer’s experience. The Nufabrx production team is made up of highly skilled textile specialists that are able to design, create, and perfect garments. In this step, all of our teams work together to maximize the benefits of our technology and create intelligently engineered garments. The end result is HealthWear®: garments that are infused with capsaicin to create a long lasting impact on your daily wellness.
Nufabrx technology is activated by the body’s temperature and moisture. When our infused fibers make contact with skin, the capsaicin is absorbed into the body safely, effectively, and consistently longer than typical patches or creams. Our advanced engineering protects the infused fibers from hydrolysis and oxidation, resulting in long-term potency and more wear for our consumers. Nufabrx is clinically tested, FDA compliant, and patented to safely deliver pain relieving medicine to your body through your skin’s interaction with the fabric all day long.
