- Drape the Nufabrx neck wrap over your shoulders and adjust so the fabric lays over the area in need of relief. The weighted ends of the wrap will hold it in place.
- Make sure the neck wrap is placed directly on your skin in order for the infused medicine to be most effective; other outer clothing can be worn over the product.
- Do not use with a heating pad, other external analgesic products, or on wounds or damaged skin.
